*I know that this is a list that is probably something that only I will completely understand, but I’m trying to reflect and process this past year.

2010… a year of transition and change, moving to Nicaragua, hard but incredibly beautiful, learning a new language and culture, adventures (waterfall playing, volcano surfing, firework throwing, etc.), discipleship, being refined, learning to love more like Jesus, finding deeper intimacy with the Lord, tackle hugs with Rosita, small group Bible studies, letting go of selfishness, dancing every day, the most gorgeous sunsets I’ve ever seen, heart-to-hearts with my youth, lazy beach days, praying over my Nicaraguan brothers, crazy sleepovers with my girls, Kingdom purposes, falling more and more in love with Jesus and my Candelaria youth, and living my dream!!!

2011… finishing out my first year in Nicaragua, and praying for so many things in the next year… new adventures, hope, stepping deeper into my dreams, learning all the Spanish “pig latins”, walking in greater purity and teaching the youth to do the same, passion for discipleship, being a “momma” for kids who need family, deeper friendships, seeing the youth step into their Kingdom roles, reconciliation, new life springing forth in Candelaria, and Jesus proclaimed among the broken and the gang members
